As Lead Mosquito Control Specialist / Outside Sales at Mosquito Authority, you will have the opportunity to build the business from the ground up using our proven client acquisition techniques in a new market! Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

● Greet potential clients in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.

● Answer calls and provide general information regarding product pricing, availability, and order details.

● Maintain knowledge of our services, pricing, promotions, procedures and other important issues through management communications, training, and meetings.

● Responsible for achieving an acceptable conversion rate of inbound prospective client interactions to paying clients.

● Participate in outside sales activities such as trade shows, parties, and Mosquito Authority sponsored events.

● Review financial data as directed and necessary. Utilize financial data to improve profitability within the unit and function within the parameters of operational budgets.

● Plan effective strategies and monitor existing strategies for the financial well-being of the organization.

● Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations, and procedures.

● Organize recruitment and hiring of required field staff. Establish work schedules to workload. Supervise, train, and motivate staff to achieve desired goals and service requirements.

● Monitor, manage and model appropriate behaviors as they relate to customer service, marketing and complimentary offers resulting in appropriate planning, training and recognition of successful behaviors of delivery and presentation.

● Act as a liaison with management, aiding in the development of strategic plans for organizational growth.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

● High School graduate / GED.

● One to three years basic pest control experience preferred.

● Valid Driver’s license and a good driving record

● Job requires standing, walking, moving, climbing, carrying, bending, kneeling, reaching, handling, pushing, and pulling.

● Must be available to work extended hours and weekends when necessary.
