As a Pest Control Sales Representative at The Mosquito and Pest Authority, you will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our company. Your primary responsibility will be to build relationships with potential and existing customers, assess their pest control needs, and provide tailored solutions to protect their properties. You will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and ensuring repeat business.
- Develop new customer accounts by prospecting and generating leads.
- Meet with both residential and commercial customers to assess their pest control needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Provide clear and accurate information on our products and services to educate customers.
- Follow up on inbound and outbound calls to secure appointments and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Track sales activities and maintain all customer communications using our CRM software.
- Represent the company in a professional manner, addressing customer concerns and ensuring their needs are met.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a service-related industry (pest control experience a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to listen to customer needs, problem-solve, and offer appropriate solutions.
- In-depth product knowledge of pest control services (training will be provided).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- In-Depth Product Knowledge: You will develop a thorough understanding of our pest control products and services to effectively communicate solutions and build trust with customers.
- Strong Communication Skills: Clear communication is key in addressing customer needs, explaining services, and ensuring that our solutions meet their expectations.
- Sales Acumen: Experience in sales, with a proven ability to prospect, qualify leads, negotiate, and close deals.
- Customer Relationship Management: You will build and maintain positive relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving repeat business.
- Problem-Solving Skills: You will assess customer concerns and provide tailored pest control solutions that address their unique needs.
