We are currently seeking a motivated Pest Control Specialist/Applicator who is eager to tackle pest management challenges and help expand our reach by building out routes and territories.

Key Responsibilities:
- Apply pesticides and treatments to residential and commercial properties to prevent and eradicate pests, including insects and rodents.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest problems and devise effective treatment plans.
- Educate clients on pest behaviors, preventative measures, and the specifics of proposed treatment solutions.
- Assist in the route and territory expansion to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and manage equipment and chemicals in strict adherence to safety standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of treatments and inspections.
- Work collaboratively with team members to refine pest control strategies and techniques.
Who Are We Looking For? The ideal candidate will have:
- A High School diploma or GED.
- Preferred 1-3 years of experience in pest control.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- A natural leadership ability, keen attention to detail, and a passion for the outdoors.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
