About the Role

You’ll take command of a revenue-generating territory and build it into a powerhouse. Residential, commercial, HOA — you name it, you’ll own it. We back you with training, leadership, and marketing horsepower so you can focus on what you do best: winning business and growing long-term accounts.

Key Responsibilities

As our next Sales Leader, you will:

  • Drive consistent growth across residential, commercial, and HOA accounts
  • Perform onsite evaluations and present sharp, professional proposals
  • Build and strengthen B2B relationships (property managers, builders, commercial facilities, HOA boards)
  • Prospect daily — both cold and warm — to fuel a high-velocity pipeline
  • Close recurring service agreements and expand your portfolio
  • Follow a documented sales process and maintain precise CRM records
  • Represent the brand with confidence, credibility, and executive presence
