About the Role


We’re hiring driven, experienced Door‑to‑Door Sales Representatives to expand our residential pest and mosquito service footprint across South Florida. This is a field‑based, face‑to‑face sales role focused on canvassing neighborhoods, building homeowner relationships, and closing recurring service agreements.

What You’ll Do


  • Prospect neighborhoods through door‑to‑door outreach


  • Conduct residential pest & mosquito inspections


  • Educate homeowners on treatment & prevention plans


  • Present pricing, programs, and service agreements


  • Close new recurring subscriptions


  • Generate referrals & territory pipeline


  • Track leads and sales activity in CRM

What We’re Looking For


  • D2D or outside sales experience preferred


  • Strong closing and objection‑handling skills


  • Comfortable working outdoors & on foot


  • Self‑motivated and goal‑driven


  • Ability to build quick rapport with homeowners


  • Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation


  • Professional appearance & communication

Preferred Backgrounds


  • Pest control or home services


  • Solar / alarms / roofing / internet


  • Subscription or recurring revenue sales


  • FieldRoutes or CRM experience

Schedule


  • Full‑time


  • Occasional evenings during peak sales periods
