Mosquito Authority | Pest Authority provides dependable pest control and customer service throughout the West Palm Beach area. We’re building our local presence and looking for an experienced sales professional who knows how to find opportunities, win customers, and grow recurring business.

We don’t do contracts. We earn our customers’ business with quality service, accountability, and results.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on sales role with room to grow into broader branch leadership. You’ll build new business, develop local relationships, and help turn sales opportunities into long-term customers. You’ll also work with technicians to strengthen customer conversations, referrals, and add-on sales.

We’re looking for someone who can take initiative, work independently, and deliver results with minimal training.

What You’ll Do

Generate and follow up on leads through outside sales, referrals, neighborhood outreach, and local partnerships.
Meet with homeowners and businesses to understand their needs and recommend the right mosquito or pest services.
Present service options, handle questions, and close new business.
Grow recurring revenue by converting new customers to ongoing service plans.
Build a steady pipeline and track leads, follow-ups, sales, and results.
Help technicians improve their customer conversations, lead generation, and add-on sales.
Develop local relationships that create repeat business and referrals.
Support customer retention and help resolve concerns professionally.
Identify ways to increase sales and strengthen our presence in the West Palm Beach market.
Join field visits and support training or service-quality coaching as needed.

What We’re Looking For

Proven success in outside sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role.
Experience generating your own leads, building a pipeline, and closing sales.
Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
Prior team leadership, coaching, or supervisory experience.
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
Comfortable using mobile apps, CRM tools, and routing software.
Pest control experience is a plus. Home-service experience in HVAC, lawn care, pool service, or landscaping is also valuable.
Interest in growing into broader leadership as the branch expands.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather.
Able to walk, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds.
Professional appearance and communication.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive compensation and benefits based on experience. Strong candidates can expect market-leading earning potential.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $97,500.00 per year
